Sorry for the awful pic. Using my new camera, and just wasn't working well. I used a darker shade of pink that suggested (don't have SU colors) - just my take on it. Details on my blog
Woo hoo, better late than never. Emily, thank you so much for this challenge. I lost my grandmother to breast cancer and when I saw the colors you chose this morning, I knew I had to participate. Unfortunately I had an appointment today and it took me a little longer than I thought it would.

Emily, hooray for you! What a fabulous idea. Anything to raise awareness is a wonderful thing. Hope I can play along before the week is out ...

Thanks for the challenge Emily. I did not have the Pink Pirouette or Pretty in Pink ink so I had to subsititure for something close. Here is my card in keeping with Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Thanks for the challenge Emily. This is my favorite color. I sometimes have to hold back from doing all pink but today was my day and I loved doing my card. Check my dachshund out of pick a petal. I so love doing this dachshund as I own one myself.
I love pink and black together. I saw the challenge and figured it would be no problem. I don't have the new pink so I'd use pretty in pink, then found I only had a few scraps left. But this is what I came up with anyway. CC188 pink birthday by kflorenski at Splitcoaststampers

Oh I hope I get to work this challenge in later this week, I just got my new In-Colors paper. This is the pink I've been waiting for; I always find Pretty in Pink is too bright and saturated.
I made four of this style and six of another to send for Splitcoast's Cards For A Cause: Chemo Angels. If you haven't checked out this wonderful new monthly challenge yet, PLEASE do! It gives you a very easy opportunity to brighten the day of someone else through donating your cards!!!
I actually used "going gray" to sponge on the corners of the large pink panel (and did it over and over again to make it nice and dark) instead of basic black because the basic black took on too much of a purple hue. Weird!
