I just not *get* a good card out tonight for this challenge. I loved the colors together, but I think I was rushing myself cause I needed to be doing other things..LOL. Anyway, here is my card:

Thanks for the challenge Emily! I REALLY didn't like this combo & wasn't going to attempt it, until I saw everyone else's cards in the gallery! Now, I think I'll be using this combo again! I'm very happy with the way my card turned out! Sorry I ever doubted you Emily!
I had a weekday off (yeah!!) so I had a chance to play. I happened to have these colors out because I'd used them for other cards, but I hadn't put them all together. So here you go: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for a great challenge!
O.K. ladies..........I have the utmost admiration for you who can make your challenge cards so quickly and so beautiful at the same time. I had a card in my mind while at work today, but somehow it didn't turn out the same.
I have never done a color challenge because I usually don't have all the colors. But I was inspired by my friend Stampin' Andrea, so I jumped in since I have all these colors! I also included a sketch and technique challenge and really love how it turned out.
Here's mine - finally!! Wasn't sure about these colors at first, but am happy with my results. Now to look at everyone elses cards..... Thanks for looking at mine! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I unfortunately needed to make a sympathy card today. I couldn't figure out what colors to use. I am so grateful for this challenge. The colors are dignified but subtle and serene. Very nice challenge!
So I have to admit, I had NO idea what to do with these colors! But after staring and staring at them, this is what I came up with. Totally out of my comfort zone, but I'm pretty pleased with it!
I decided to use these colors to make my August Christmas cards. I still have to make the rest of the set, but at least I have it designed. Here's my sage rose.

I put a page together using this challange's idea on colors. The only paper I had was the Artichoke, but I had the inks in Sage shadow and creamy caramel. I used a non SU! background cs that just isn't all that close to C.Caramel, but the ink is authentic for the challenge. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I've wanted to do a color combination challenge for a while now - this seemed as though it would be a real challenge but I ended up liking the end result. Thanks for the great combo!
I had to play with the sketch challenge and the color challenge combined. So if you need a good chuckle you can view my card here on SCS and read the story about the "yarn" background on my blog. I LOVE this color combo and so HOW could I forget half way through my card that I was using Artichoke and NOT Olive??? Perhaps it's the late hour and I just need to go to bed! LOL
Have fun playing and I look forward to the gorgeous cards you will be posting with these colors!
Well I made my card last night and HATED it. Got up this morning and saw it sitting here on the desk and LOVED it! When I checked my gallery I was thrilled to see that 15 of you liked it enough to comment, too! So thanks for all those comments - and I'm sorry I was so rude about my card!
Will try to comment on some more of yours now - it should be quicker with your side of the world all tucked up in bed!!! ;)
I stamped two images yesterday so had a chance to finish up the second card last night...I love this color challenge and soooo appreicate the inspiration!
When I saw the colors for the challenge I thought of the lovely as a tree set. This card is simple and nice but not as great as I had thought in my head. Oh well. Thanks for looking. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
