The Craft and Rubber Scissors, from end to end they are about 6 1/2". I don't know who makes them. They only say "Made in the USA" and "Stampin' Up!" on them.
These are the best things I've ever used for cutting stamps. Totally worth it!
Before I got them I doubted I'd ever "fall in love" with a pair of scissors.
The SU ones changed all that!
Hear, hear....everyone I know, myself included, couldn't imagine paying $20 for a pair of scissors. I got mine with my great rewards last year and am just SO sad it took me so long. I usually like to keep a couple of stamp sets unmounted around my house, so I can get my friends and customers to try 'em out. Everyone who has tried them has bought them. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!!
The SU scissors get my vote too! I was one of those that "swore I would never spend $20 on a pair of scissors" Now I do not know what I would do without them! HTH
Yes, they are the same ones. I have a KAI pair I bought at a convention for less that $20, then got another pair from SU. They are wonderful for cutting your rubber. The paper snips are also wonderful, but not for rubber, just paper.
Let me add to the chorus. The SU scissors are wonderful; I, too, did not believe I needed them. I was so wrong!
And I'll add another yes to the paper snips. Again, I didn't think they would make a difference. If you cut out stamped images for any of your cards, they are a must. Nothing moves around petals, etc., like they do!!
I can't believe I waited as long as I did either. I finally broke down and bought a pair and I am so glad I did. They cut so nice and it seems like you have your stamps cut & mounted in no time. The other scissors I used to use would kill my hand. These work GREAT! And I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you've never tried them, you really should if you know anyone who has a pair. You'll love them.
I agree! SU scissors are the best!!! I bought them in my second SU order because my hands hurt from cutting my stamps with the scissors I had. They are great!
I have arthritis in my hands and found I could only mount a couple of stamps a day because the pain was so bad.
I finally broke down and purchased a pair of SU scissors. I hated to spend the money on them (I could have bought a set off my wish list instead), but they are PERFECT.
I went right home and mounted three sets that afternoon.
I second the motion--got the scissors with hostess bennies in March. Mounted nine stamp sets with them, and now couldn't live without them.
One thing to remember--clean the blades with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball if they start getting gummy--had to do that after every other stamp set, but it was worth the trouble--they cut beautifully!

OK, there's no way I could stand to wait indefinitely to cut and mount a set of stamps! I keep my bigger scrap pieces from cutting out sets, store 'em in a big baggie, and use them to demo the scissors. Just pass the bag around with the scissors....
