Question boho blossoms punch?

I have the old style of this punch, I have never been really happy with how it punched. I have tow stamps sets that go with it, is it worth it to get the new style? I don't like the cut edge I get nor do I like the way it lines up with the stamps. Any thoughts?

I haven't had any problem with the new one. I have 3 stamp sets that use it, but maybe used it ten times so far. It seems to line up just right with the stamps.

When I try to decide what tools to spend my $$ on, I try to estimate how often I will use it in the year, and divide into the total cost to get cost per use (can you tell I am a retired engineer?). I also think about whether it is a fad, or will be used with new stamp sets - this has kept me from buying the really cute owl set.

I can't wait to order the 1"square punch in the upcoming Holiday mini - it will help me use those jolly jingo bits and other small stamps more effectively.

Hope that helps.

I bought that punch because of the new set of stamps with the bird [sorry, can't remember the name]. Which older sets can be used with the punch?

It can be used with former hostess sets Punch Potpourri (flowers) and Christmas Punch (snowflakes). I like the Language of Friendship stamp that uses it also.

My favorite way to use this punch is have pre-made flowers cut from solid card stock...I adhere a pearl or "diamond" in the centers with crystal effects and then I have a ton ready and dried for future projects....it's a good way to use up little scraps and save time when whipping up a quick card....
