The silence about new CHA products is deafening. Except for Spellbinders there has been little info on new products.
I haven't even heard of anything new from Provo Craft , have you?
Christine from Scrap Time has a gazillion pictures from CHA on Flicker and it appears the new offerings are paper, coloring products and embellishments . Also by the looks of the pictures it doesn't appear to have the crowds like last year.
Are the manufacturers going Cold Turkey too LOL Do they think we have enough to choose from?
I did see what the Scrap review has shown, but I didn't see any really exciting things being offered this convention. I use very little patterned paper . Provo craft has a couple of new cartridges, but I don't have nor want a Cricut. I am very satisfied with my Cuttlebug and my Nesties
I did see a few Nesties I eventually want, but I am not pre-ordering them. Many won't be available until March and the prices are better if I wait . I don't need to be the first one to have things
I've seen a zillion previews from all the scrapbook paper companies and honestly there's nothing that hasn't been done before. Don't get me wrong there is some nice stuff out there but really to me after all these years the stuff just recycles itself season after season.
But today there was one sort of new release thing I was SOOOOOOO excited to hear is that Kim Hughes has started her own stamp company!! I *LOVE* her artwork and I'm super excited for her and her new venture. If there's a lifetime membership available I'm totally signing up :p
Here's a link in case you haven't seen it: Paper Smooches
On the cricut boards there was a pic of Expression 2, and Craftroom (like Design Studio), a buch of new carts, and a new Cuttlebug items. A new folder that lets you emboss anywhere, looks pretty neat.
