Just simply make an altered composition book. Check 'em out in gallery. You may want to title the front of the book "My Prayer Journal" or something like that. Anyway, there's tons of ideas in the gallery.

Hmmm, I have never seen a Word document. Most people just write the person's name, the prayer, and then leave space for answered prayer. Not sure what a Word document would look like.

I just saw the heading of this question and knew I had to check it out. I am just about to use a regular school kids lined text book to write in. So, if there is a template, out there I would be interested too. It would be great to make my own Prayer Journal and to make a few for several friends.
I guess this is a long way of saying, I'm subscribing.
