Default gel card question

Ok, I have been dying to do a gel card, got baggies today!!! Now I squited some gel in the baggy and my gel is green!! I didnt know!! I can coordinate colors on cardstock ect, but just wondering if green gel would have the same effect? What do you think.

I would say if you can see through the gel and the color doesn't bother you, go for it!

I think it would work. Just make sure you give the card away though- I made one and had it for several months and all the gel seemed to disappear ( it was sitting horizontally on a shelf with some others I had made) Has anyone else had this problem? I guess there are hazards to hoarding!

Hi, I was wondering if you can use any hair gel? I saw a gel card and wanted to try one out, but don't know where to begin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
