Get Well Help!!

I need to make a get well something for an 8 year old little boy who just had his appendix out. I remember seeing once somewhere on this site that someone VERY CLEVER had taken test tubes and filled them with M&M's sorted by color for a get well kit. Each color was a different kind of "medicine". Anyway, I have typed in different searches and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what I am talking about?? This little boy would love this as a get well gift!!

OK, I'm having trouble linking the ones I've found by thebasicscraper and Redbugdriver, so I will just copy the poem here.
Each color is a different cure; of this fact I'm very sure.
When you're grouchy and a little mean, I truly recommend the green.
For the times when you're feeling down, the very best choice will be the brown.
Orange's oh so special coating, will help to minimize any moping (or bloating).
If you have an ache in your head, this will surely be cured by the red.
Need something to help you be mellow? Take a dose of the yellow.
If anxious feelings overcome you, just eat a hefty handful of the blue.
If your day should come unglued, you'd better eat an entire tube!
