Help! Where to buy "naked" perpetual calendar

I came across a blog that had decorated a desktop size perpetual calendar. It was like a small box that had a spot in the front for two wood blocks that had the numbers and then I think on the raised back there was a spot for the day or the month. Does anybody know where I can buy one like that that is "naked" and ready for decorating?
