I am getting the itch to try uploading...it has been something that I have been avoiding for quite a while now...I realize it's NO UPLOAD SUNDAY but maybe this week...I'll give it a go...Thanks for all of the encouragement everyone. You are all so super and supportive~
I had to try this one more time. I'm still not sure that I understand all that I've done here. Do I always come back to this point to paste the url? (someday I MAY catch on!--sorry.)
I finally made the plunge today and uploaded quite a few cards to my gallery!! YAY!! It was so much easier than I imagined it would be. I don't know what I waited for???? Guess the fear of the unknown is the worst kind!!
I posted to this thread when I started my gallery (was it just Feb of this year??) and now have like 80 pix in my gallery! Thank you ladies for sharing your cards with us!
Okay, I finally uploaded my first card on here, but I don't know how to add the link to it on this thread. I don't have a scanner, just a digital camera. Therefore I don't think the cards show up as nicely.
I admit, I spend SO much time on here browsing that I don't get nearly enough stamping done. I was just introduced to SU! a year ago, and signed up being a demo (hobby demo, mostly) by Feb of this year! I do love it, and it is VERY addicting!!
I case alot of ideas from here, but I alter them some what! I love seeing everyone's creativy and wonderful imaginations! Thanks in advance if anyone can help me figure out how to post it to this thread! Have a great day!

By the way new uploaders...it would be a good idea to read the link by Jenn in that Master thread I just linked. She also has some very good information for keeping your cards from being kicked out of the gallery due to double names.
You could also find Jenn's thread in the Site and Suggestions forums as a sticky thread.

OK. I've figured out how to upload pictures to my gallery. Now I want to find out how to put the Created by, and SU bit on it before it is uploaded. Any suggestions on where to look for how to do this?

All I do is use the typing feature in my photo program and type in designed by with my name and stamp companies on some cards, position it on the photo and I'm done. I only use words, no fancy images and I'm satisfied with that.
When I need it again my program has a last used option and when it comes up I just make the changes in companies and font.
If your program has this option it should be a capital T on the task bar.
I use ACDSee and Adobe.

I just did my first upload yesterday. I have tons of cards here that I've made but no time to snap a pix of them to give them justice and get them uploaded. I will start adding more after my finals in mid-December
ok - joined a couple of months ago...new to this website but not new to stamping.. found my self using the same ol' colors, and try as I might, all of my cards had the *same* look, so here I am case-ing everone's stuff and falling back in love with my stamps again. Check out my stuff.. pretty basic, but I love them and I love the daily challenges. I try to participate when I have time.
