Signing up to be a demo is very worth the money. the product alone that you get FAR outweighs the cost you actually pay for it. Then once you are a demo, you can order direct from the company for 20% off (your first order is 30% off, if made within a certain time frame)
Plus, if you just get together with your existing friends, and make cards or projects or scrapbook pages, once a month, your friends will want to know where you get your products, they will love how they feel and how awesome they are. You can give them a catty to flip through, and they will inevitably order some!
If this is all you do. Stamp with friends, your hobby could inevitably pay for itself.
So if you are on the fence....I say do it!! It's worth the savings alone!
