The new colors--paper, inks, reinkers. Any and everything related to the new colors. I must admit, I'm in the minority. I'm not a huge fan of Cool Caribbean, but I love all the other colors!

I am sending in my paperwork probably on Saturday to become a demonstrator. This is the BEST catalog I have ever seen!

These are my "must haves" for my starter kit:

Mixed Bouquet
It's Your Birthday
Wishing you the Best
All in a Row
You're Neat
Quick Thinking
Twinkle wheel
Typeset alpha Lower

These are my "must haves" for my first workshop order:

Unfrogettable
Simply said
Bodacious Bouquet
Because of You
Wild About You
Seeing Spots
Background Sampler
Paisley background
Warm Words

My favorite completely new set, actually, is All in a Row or Wild About You. LOVE both of them!

I like the Festive Favorites, Birthday Beauty, TuTu Terriffic, Happy Everything, One of the larger Alpha sets (can't decide which one yet!), matt pack and most of the level one sets too.

On a side note...is anyone a little disappointed in the level 3 sets this year? I don't think I'd really use any of them....Oh well!

I kind of agree about the level 3 sets. But of course, since they made it easier to amass more level 1 and 2 sets, I guess they had to make those more fabulous!

On what page is the matt pack?

I'm with Lauren but I ESPECIALLY LOVE:

Voila
This was one of the 1st sets I ordered-I think you can do SO MUCH with this guy and his tray. I know he will be serving up some escargot (from Unfrogettable or Bugs n Kisses) as well as a chicken dish or 2, LOL

New Colors- had to have Cool Carribean and ordered the sampler pack. Iknow the other colors will be coming on upcoming orders

BG-I actually LOVE LOVE the Word Search bg. I think it is adorable and will be so easy to make quick cards using the set and matching it with Warm Words-quick, easy, and cute!!!

I also think the jumbo wheels this year are AWESOME!!! Can;t wait to get all the new jumbo ink colors! :mrgreen:

I just placed an order tonight big enough to get two level one hostess sets! I got the blooming with happiness, and the butterfly one. I got all the new colors of paper and ink. I got the paisley background. I got a ton of ribbon, and bud basics, letterpress alphabet, and more sets that aren't new. I also nabbed the cutter kit? ... the thing with the tool for distressing. My demo is leaving on vacation tomorrow and is having it shipped directly to me. So I'm hoping to play at the end of the week with my new toys!!!

I *must* have the Recollections, Four Seasons and Sentimental Journey papers and the new Designer label punch box. I see *so* much potential for that punch, and the variety of the stamps that come with it is great, IMHO. As for other stamps -- I'm in love with most of the new backgrounds, and those texture-y jumbo wheels. Can't wait until my order gets here!!

Happy trails....

The Recollections paper is beautiful--I ordered two, plus a bunch of other stuff--including the spritzer thingy, curious about that! Lots of goodies

I've got the 'fever' too, Nancy

I absolutely fell in love with this catalog. My customers are just chomping at the bit to order at my new catalog party! I'm waiting on my $400 order to get here Monday. So, here are some of my must haves were:

Amazing to Zany
A to Z accents
Warm Words (love the little words)
Bugs & Kisses

Lots of Jumbo Wheels: Speckled especially!

New Colors of ink and paper

Both Oval punches
new punch kit
corner tag punch

All the colored brads
some of the new patterned ribbon

Here's hoping I can catch the credit card bill before my husband does!

This catalog is definitely the best I have ever seen!

The new colors are a must!

I also like the new assortments of brads and buttons!

The newdouble sided and single sided paper looks so pretty!

I want all the level ones - I have never been so excited about the free sets before!

There are so many new sets I want - but I need to pace myself so I can earn all the level ones!

Just a few that I love are: Lily Pad (wheel), Birthday Beauty, You're neat, Bodacious Boquet, Bodacious (Wheel), Bugs and Kises and Spot On.

There is a new color spritzer tool - that uses the markers - to create a splatter effect with a puff of air - I want it!!!

Can you tell I'm excited. I've been stalking the gallery to see all the new samples as the appear!

Oh, gosh... where to start? Love the new jumbo "background" wheels, must have those. And the new backgrounds themselves, wow! As for the other sets, my list is small there but I know as soon as I start seeing cards on here that the list will grow. (It already has started with some of the cards being posted! wow!) All the new colors and i'm sure more that I'm not thinking of right now.

Well, since I couldn't afford tobuy the entire catalog at once, I had to narrow it down to these to start with: Be Happy (lots of potential for cards and scrapbooking)
Warm Words
Unfrogettable (didn't order it from the spring mini, very happy it made it in)
Lily Pad wheel
New colors of ink and cardstock
Riveting set from Level One

I have so many sets I want to order! I have a whole page full of sets I want now! lol I know it will take me a while to get them all and I also know if I look in the gallery I will be adding more to my list! There are always sets that I'm not so crazy about but when I see what the SCS gals do with it I must have it! Anyone else do that? I'm real excited about the letter prints and patterns. I love the fact that they made stamps for kissing to large letters. I can't wait to place my first order! I also love the new backgrounds- paisley, aida cloth, and well-worn words! I have so many that I want that I don't know how to narrow down my list for the first order!

I was disappointed in the Level 3's also until I looked in the gallery. Try looking in there and see if you like them any better. I have found that I like many of the stamps better than I thought I did after I look at the gallery. We have some really talented people posted on SCS.

I LOVE the new SU catalog!! Lots of new choices. I have already ordered the new colored brads, inks and paper, the new cutter kit, tag punch kit, and I love background stamps so a number of those will be in my next order. I also love the letter print and letter pattern sets so we can do the "kissing" technique with the alphabets. Way to go SU!!!

I love Cool Caribbean & Cranberry Crisp, and will probably also get Marigold Morning (where do they come up with these names???).

I want to get the tag punch & the large circle punch.

I like the following sets:

Peaceful Wishes;
A to Z Accents;
All through the Year;
Blossoms Abound;
Aida Cloth BG;
Word Search BG;
Handbill Headlines (I don't know why - I just like it);
Rough Edges Alphabet.

I also have some "leftovers" from last year's catty, and I'm sure I'll find more stuff as the year goes by.

So, I'll start with all the new colors (inks and paper), then head off to all the new punches, then the journal, then MUST Have all the Simply Scrapping Kits, then well, it's downhill from here, my stamp wish list is 4 pages long, and everytime I look through the catalog again another set gets popped onto the list.

Off to the RSA meetings. (Rubber Stamper's Anonymous) My husband has me in the looney bin alreay. He rolls his eyes whenever I say :rolleyes: Stampin This or STampin That :rolleyes: . He couldn't even believe I made the UPS man a card for delivering my new catty's. Just wait and see what he'll get for for my first catty order! :mrgreen: J/k! Maybe a box stamped and filled with chocolate!

I should give my husband some good stuff too! Just for being patient with me.:mrgreen:

Well, my "wish list" is over $1500!!!! But alas, I had to tone it WAY down! Good thing this is available for an entire year so I can pace myself!

LOVE all the new wheels and backgrounds... I'm a wheel junkie! Love the new colors as well.

Here is what was on my first order:
By Sea (summer mini set, but it matches the two in the catty, so had to get that while I still could! ;) )
Flannel Plaid background
Festive Favorites
Snowflake Spot
Lily pad wheel
Rough Textures wheel
Circus Train
cranberry ink and paper
thyme ink and paper
neutrals crayons
both way blossoms

Can't WAIT to get my goodies on Monday!!
