Peddlers Pack is in Beaverton, will you have a rental car? ( there is hardly any parking but, it is worth finding one and poking around in there) ( this is a suburb) which is why I asked about a car. ( not far from Portland)
( I don't live there but, its on my list when I make it through there when they are open)
I'm on the East coast and havent been there yet-dont even know if they are all still open but it's a start point. Maybe someone there will recognize some. I would definitely try for Peddlers Pack myself. I really like their large almost cover a card stamps. Pretty florals.
Peddlers Pack and Paper Parachute in Beaverton; Main Street Stamp and Stationery in Tigard (only a few miles from Peddlers Pack). Main Street is smaller, but is a cute store.
One of my favorite stores in Oregon is Runaway Arts and Crafts in downtown Salem, about an hour south of Portland. They have a ton of stamps, paper, stencils, and dies, and a real focus on mixed media art. I never leave there without spending some serious dollar amounts. :-)

My favorite SCRAPBOOKING store (paper and embellies) is Whimzees in Beaveteron (about 15-20 minutes Southwest of Portland.) They have a very small section of stamps but lots of great paper!!

Paper Parachute and Peddler Pack both manufacture stamps. So you might want to look at there catalog for there stamps. Paper Parachute is only open some days. But is right next to Whimzes. Be sure you have some type of GPs, smart phone to locate these shops. Peddler Pack all so sales other manufactures stamps.
