Default Q's about Studio G $1 Flocking sets at Michaels

I was at Michaels for the 3rd time this week this morning(note to self-get a life and stop shopping). As I was walking out I noticed the new Studio G flocking and glitter set for $1. I got two of each. I can use glitter, but I have never used flocking. Are there any tricks to getting it to adhere better? It looks cool enough and if it's carpy, It was a buck!

Ha, now I don't feel so bad, it was my third trip there this week as well (note to self: buy a house further away from Michael's) and saw the Studio G stuff in the dollar bins (though it's $1.50 here) and picked up two sets of glitter but passed on the flocking for now, I think I will go back tomorrow to get some and give it a try though.
When you use glitter what sort of adhesive do you use?
