Default Question for Demo's

I am thinking about becoming a demo (Ok, I know I want to it just depends on when. lol). I want to know what kind of kit specials SU runs, and how frequently, or if it is rare that there are kit specials.
I am new to SU and want to get the best bang for my buck, but I am very farmiliar with Home party Co.'s (I have been a Tupperware consultant for 5 years). Basically I just want to know when the best time to join is. TIA!

There is no special now but there is one for January/February during Sell-A-Bration. When you sign during those months you get a free stamp set from the main catalog. Otherwise, the specials run at different times throughout the year and they always change.

I think Jan or Feb is the best time to join. A free stamp set of any price!

I agree that Jan/Feb is one of the best times. Good luck.

The promotions vary throughout the year...one just finished where the kit was $30 off...so it depends on what you're looking for. I think on average there are three specials in a given year for the kit. Maybe a discount or stamp set or something else.
Good Luck! My advice...make sure that you find a good upline..it can make a huge difference.

If you do sign up during SAB, remember that you can pick any stamp set... I would recommend getting an alphabet set. It's great for demo-ing to card makers and scrapbookers. You'll get a lot of use out of that choice.

Welcome, in advance! Don't forget to join the demo only forum here after you start.

I've been a SU Demo for about 4 years now. I see Jan/Feb to be one of the best times. Why wait Sellebrations is a great time to become a demo because of the great FREE sets your customers can receive. I agree with another lady a good upline is essential. I have spoken to my upline (leader) only a handful of times since I joined 4 years ago. It's a good thing I love SU and the product is wonderful. I get help from SCS great ideas and tutorials. Best of luck and Happy Holidays.

Happy Stampin
