I've seen cute cards made with the 1" honeycomb embellishments from the occasions catalog that come in white, blushing bride and mint macaron. But I'm stumped how to use them on a card that will get mailed. Suggestions welcomed, and thanks in advance.

I know!!!.....I have no idea. I am guessing it would only be good for hand delivering a card.
If you put the honeycomb piece on the inside of the card so it will open when the card is opened, is the card then sufficiently lumpy or thick in one place to require extra postage? (Lumpy cards cost me a bundle last year!)

They seemed pretty thin in the package but I haven't taken them out yet... and that will be the same problem when they are inside the card or on the outside of the card but not opened.

You're right. It's a very thin product while still unopened. Noticeably thinner than the honeycomb papers that need to be stamped & cut that are available for paper crafting.
