I ordered from W+9 during the craziness of the Black Friday sales. In fact, I placed about 10 or 11 orders w/different stamp companies, and this was one of the very first to arrive (the first good thing).
The order arrived today with some errors. I used their "contact us" feature on the site and received a reply within minutes. The reply was asking for details which I provided. Within an hour of my original contact, I received a ship notice for the items omitted from my first shipment.
Can you imagine? What superior customer service!! Honestly, it doesn't get any better than that! So, if you're considering purchasing from them, from my experience, it's a safe bet!
