Default What is this tool for?

It’s been a good while since I’ve stamped so I was fiddling around with some stuff in my room. I unearthed an empty syringe that I asked my RN husband for but now I can’t remember what technique I saw that I wanted to try using it. I’m thinking maybe something with glycerine or water or alcohol inks? Any ideas?

I used to hang wallpaper and sometimes had to use a Big syringe to inject paste into a bubble. Could your use be something similar?
I can see using it with alcohol inks to place colors very particularly.

We used to use those to mix two glues together and apply it. Like an epoxy. Does that sound familiar?

Thanks! I love the idea of using it to get into tight spaces for sure.

Could it be used to refill a marker, blends marker or blender pen?

You reminded me of a Mix-ability challenge I hosted a few years ago where we used a syringe to create an ink or watercolor splat for a background. There is a video here:

I use empty syringes for transferring Liquitex matte medium from the big tub into a fine tipped bottle, which I then use for glueing everything.

I remember seeing someone use syringes for gluing things, where you needed a fine tip.

I purchased them for the same reason Renata shared - transferring adhesive into the little fine needle tipped bottle.
