HI, Beth! I'm coming to Greenwood Saturday for a shoebox exchange... you wanna meet us at Archivers at around 3?
Hey Lady,
Let me check with the hubby...I do have somethign Sat. night so not sure he'd be thrilled if I was gone all afternoon and evening. I'll PM ya if it's a go. Have fun at the swap...those are great fun. :-D
Hey just adding myself to the list of interested Indiana people! I'm in Bloomington. Would prefer November dates but I'll probably be available any Saturday with enough notice.
When do you all get together at Archivers? I've never been there.
LOL!! AmyLou, the showbox exchange wasn't AT Archivers, it was at a home in Greenwood. We just went to Archivers afterwards to check things out! And to Flower Factory, AND to Johnny Carino's! No stamps there, but the Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia is out of this world!
Aimee, I'm in Bloomington, too! PM me and lets get together! I'll take you up to Archivers!

let me know when your next trek to Archiver's is. Would love to check things out with you (if that store isn't bad enough - take an enable along! lol).

I'm not voting because it is too far ahead for me to really say, but I will be watching for the result to put on my calendar. I've only been visiting SCS for about 6 months now, so this is new to me. What types of things do you do and where did you meet last year?
Hi Lisa....is this YOU????
I got to see Lisa last night.....nanner nanner na-neeerrrr!!!
Okay Stampers...I need to finalize a date and place this weekfor the 2nd Annual Central Indiana SCS Gathering. :-D
Please, please spread the word and VOTE in the poll for your druthers. I am leaning towards the November dates, but would really like to see what you all want.
I also am thinking of making this a Holiday Stamparama...meaning all shoebox projects will be of a holiday theme...Thanksgiving, Christmas, Yom Kippur, Kwanzaa, etc. Thoughts?
So...make sure everyone you think who might be interested comes and votes here in the next day or two. I will be scouting out venues this week, and will hope to have a concrete location and date by the weekend.
Attendance will be capped at 50 max....so be sure to check back frequently. Once I have the details finalized I will start a new thread so that we can track those who have registered, payments received, etc.
I am getting excited! :-D :-D :-D

Novemeber would be great!! Give everone more time to come up with a card!!
Thanks for working on this. The idea of a Holiday Stamparama sounds fun, although I'm not sure what I would do with Kwanzaa or Yom Kippur cards.
Lisa
At our last gathering there were some people who just switched the card up a bit. If you don't want to make that type of card you can always just put it together, but just don't stamp it until later. Since I headed the last gathering I didn't have a lot of time to stamp and ended up doing that with lots of cards (not by choice though), but it worked. I got some really cool layout ideas.

;) Hi Granna, I was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana - left for MN in 1972 when my son Joshua was 6 weeks old. ... AND I STILL consider myself a transplanted Hoosier even though I've lived in Crystal, MN for 30+ years!!!!
Sharon Kirts singing On the Banks of the Wabash under my breath!
p.s. My dear Mother still lives in Columbus, so I get my Indiana fix a couple of times a year when I visit. I'd love to make it back down this fall, but need to wait and see how the budget is doing for a month or so.

I just found this thread. I didn't vote (looks like she needed vote a few weeks ago). I am from Northern Indiana and would like to attend. Is there another thread to let us know details.
The date and place are set. I talked to Kathy the other day through a pm. I'll let her tell all the details, but I don't see another thread yet. She is in the process of getting all the final details together though. I'm not sure when her "official" announcment will be coming, but I would think it will be soon!
New thread with date and location. I will be opening registration and listing all the details in a couple of weeks, so be sure to subscribe to the new thread!
