I scored around the outside of the matting at 1/4" and then 1/2". Then I cut 1-1/2" squares from the cs and the dp and then cut each of them in half diagonally. I "stitched" with Fiskars Gel Pen in Black. I added the ric rac just because I thought it needed something else but didn't want to add ribbon or brads, etc. It is plain but I colorful, I think.
Alright, here is my card. I was inspired by the colors in the picture. Also, when I think of State Fairs, I think of cowboys (at least at my state fair). Thanks so much for a great challenge!
