It has become abundantly clear to me that I can never find all the places that I have posted lists and charts all over SCS. I came up with this [hopefully] brilliant idea to make myself a thread where I can post all of them in one place, and [maybe] keep them up to date more readily.
This first post will be an index of sorts. I'll list the name of the file and the post that it can be found in. You will need to scroll through the thread to get to the appropriate post.

This file contains ALL the colors put out by Stampin' Up! arranged by the rainbow.
I began with the greens that tend toward the blue side, moving through the turquoises, blues, purples, reds, oranges, and yellows to the greens that tend toward the yellow side...then merged into the neutrals.
Please note my reasoning for starting the colors the way I did. It is purely because the heavily toned Always Artichoke and Mellow Moss were a great transition point. Nothing profound!
Prismacolor pencil colors matched to Stampin' Up! colors
This is a recent update to this file that has ALL the SU! colors in the file, not just the current ones. I will find this file easier to keep up, at least until SU! does another renovation of the color collections.
UPDATED 23 JAN 2021
Please note that there are a few colors that I am still trying to refine.
Fiona,
Hi! Thank you for making my life easier. :-) My stamping room is in the basement and we had a basement flood recently. Most of my crafting storage furniture was damaged, but most of my actual supplies were not. Just now, the basement renovation is far enough along that I can start putting it all back together again. I'm working on paper and ink at the moment and was trying to figure out how to organize. I remembered your thread and am using that to reconfigure supply storage. Thank you! Have a super day.
Ann

Fiona, I have used this system for years. Are you aware of the new SU! color revamp? I am hoping to follow your lead by placing the new colors in a sequence that you recommend. I am creating my folders and labels now, but they will be easy enough to shift around once and if you post an update. THANK YOU so much for creating this resource! Lela
Lela...yes, I have the colors for the revamp. I've already updated my color history list, and will upload it when I'm on my own computer. But for the SU colors in ROYGBIV order, I'll wait until I can pre-order the paper and have it in my hot little hands!
Looking at the files that I have here, I am pretty sure I have more somewhere on my computer. Maybe I better check! I sure think I remember making more...
To be totally honest, I don't keep packages and packages of every color anymore. That would be 149 colors! I only keep less than half that number. But I keep samples of every color. My working ROYGBIV samples are on white paper in coin pages...you know, those clear pocket pages that hold 2x2 squares, like Jennifer McGuire uses a lot.
I had one page that I had moved some cards to insert new colors, but had messed up the order and didn't go back to fix it before I printed the file. It was a simple fix, and nothing major...except for tempting turquoise was way off!
Many thanks to Dianne for the lists, so helpful! And I love the rainbow Rolodex of cs samples. Do you have a die that cuts them?
Yes there is a Sizzix die, I bought from Stampin' Up! years ago part of it is Clear- it was called Card, Telephone & Address -but basically a Rolodex die in my world
