Default How are you storing your new SU unmounted stamps, verses the old?

I unmounted my stamps and store them in cd cases.. For the longest time I stored them on book shelves that were spaced close to the size of a cd case, so that I could store more. Then recently I changed over to these plastic storage boxes for cd cases. They will not hold a dvd type case unless I put them in a different direction (although this work totally defeat the box, and the. The problem is I store all of my stamp sets in specific categories, so now it seems that my new sets will have to be stored separately.

How have you dealt with this issue?

And, I guess I could ask the same of the new SU punches, how do you store the new verses the old style?

Thanks for any ideas.

Dina

I have unmounted most of my SU stamps to CD cases previously as well. I bought a media shelf that you can adjust the shelf height to fit eiher CD's or DVD cases. So, they are both on the same shelving unit - got it at Menard's on sale like $30-40 I think holds 4-500 CD's I think. I think I have about 300ish CD cases on it & all of my new DVD ones as well.

Punches - the old ones I have on Bygel rails on my wall. The new ones are in one of my Jetmax cube drawers (the 3-drawer style).

Thanks for your responses. In the end I know I will make it work, I just don't want to have similar things in 2 different places. The boxes that I just bought recently, will not store the new stamp cases in the divided catagories. I kinda wish I hadn't bought them.

Thanks again,
Dina

Maybe there's another use for the new boxes you aren't happy with? Embossing powders and tools? Embossing folders and die cut plates? Just an idea.

Ooh! Maybe my nesties will fit. Great idea! I'm sticking with CDs cause they fit in my Jetmax 4-drawer cubes (144 in each cube). But my die-cut supplies are still an organizing issue for me. Off to play/organize. Thanks.
