I'm in again! I've been off in my past posts :(. Obviously, I can't count right. I've added my goals to my signature now, so, hopefully, I can keep it straight from here on out
I'm in for 8 pages for June - keeping with my goal of 2 pages per weekend.
I will try for.......16 pages......again....maybe I can hit it this month. I'd love to be like some of you ladies that surpass the monthly goal!!!!
I think I might of messed up my YTD number......I did 12 pages in May...could I really only have done 18 pages so far this year? I don't think so.....how am I gonna figure that one out....sheesh....
Ok, off I go to get my day done and hopefully find time to scrap....
Question....maybe I missed this...but our we going to do a gallery again for the month of June? If so is the keyword SBC09JUNE?

when you click on search in the gallery just type in the keyword and click go

Lela can correct me if I'm wrong on this but in the past I think we had decided to just use the first 3 letters of the month. So I think the keyword would be SBC09JUN.;)

This would most definitely be an excellent idea. All the other challenges are required to do it. It's most helpful. That way everyone is on the same page and not guessing at the keyword each month. They also provide a link to the gallery to make it easier for everyone. Perhaps Lela would be willing to edit her initial post and add this pertinent info it. ;)
Hi all! Just checking in with my June goal...will stick with 10. Just barely made my May goal. Finished the 10th one about 10 PM last night! Then I wanted to complete the dps, so finished the 1st one for this month about 1 AM this morning! For the year, I am on target.
Thanks Jenn! I'm trying to get lots of these vintage photos scrapped and really enjoy doing them and sharing them, but it's so much more FUN to scrap recent ones of the grandkids!

Hi Carol! It's so good to see you too. I am trying to be faithful with the SB Goal Challenge as I really enjoy seeing everyone's work. I wish I could complete all the challenges that were posted here at SCS.
Thanks for asking how I'm doing. I will always have my ups and downs- just naturally comes with fibromyalgia. :( But, I seem to be dealing with them better these days. I've only had the disease for 5 years you would think I would have a handle on it by now. :mrgreen: Just trying to take life one day at a time (that's all we're promised anyway) and as for today- it's a good one.
Your scrapping style is really evolving and you are turning into one scrappin' diva. Keep it up. And you are right- it is so much more fun to scrap the kids. I have 2 vacations that need to be scrapbooked and one of them I haven't even started and the other I dedicate maybe one of my pages a week to it. But, I don't like guidelines or deadlines and this is what works for me. So good to chat with you.

Oh Wendy!!! That really s**ks!! We went through that last summer, my hubby WAS employed by Lehman Bros. in the Mortgage area, so her and half of the staff was laid-off, I am a SAHM so we were scared and there was no hiring in STL. But after a month his old company said there is an opening in the Foreclose/Home Retention area, but it is in Indiana!!! We had to take it because nothing else was opening up our family is all in St. Louis and we were born and raised there so it was a big step for us. Our kids took it great and my hubby is still employed.
Hopefull it will all work out Wendy in some way or another!! All of my thoughts are with you!! Good Luck and take a deep breath and just dive in!!

Sorry to hear about you job Wendy, Everything is on shaky ground, We are about to lose part of our insurance. I'll keep you in my prayers... GOD can give you a better job, nothing is impossible with HIM.

Oh Wendy I am so sorry! BIG HUGS to you and much prayers! My son also just lost his job of 16 years his job was as a buyer for a automotive company that worked closely with GM. GM seems to be taking everyone down with them!

Although I have not made good progress these past few months, I'll try again for 10 in June. Now that I have enough pages---THANK YOU TO ALL WHO POSTED REGARDING THE CM BUNDLES, IT WAS PERFECT TIMING FOR ME!!!--I'll keep my spending to $50. I just got the retiring list for Stampin' Up. Do stamps count if you don't use them on your pages????

I've been MIA for quite a while because life has gotten crazy. I've been busy with class (finished one, I'm on to the next) and I just got a new job which I start next Monday. Learning that while juggling class and trying to finish the two baby books is going to be tough, but I've GOT to get at least 10 pages done since one of the books is for a baby shower on June 13. Wish me luck...I'll try to check in here more regularly, too.
Thanks for all the prayers, PMs and well wishes on my job situation. It's very hard and I'm doing my best, but your oupouring of caring sure helped make me have a better day!

IT's ALL DONE!!!!!!
Moving is such a pain, but we are all finished and back home in Myrtle Beach. It was good to see the DS's and spend some time with our friends. It took us a little longer than expected due to the fact that I had a very, very sick and emotional DH all weekend, it was very scary for us all. I NEVER want to see him lick that again!
VSBN sounded like a lot of fun... I will have check it all out later. I feel bad that I was not able to help Mary Pat out with the challenges, but I was not able to check in over the weekend because the internet and cable had already been turned off and with my DH being so sick it was probably a good thing, because I had a lot to do.
All is good here, DH is feeling much better and amazingly, I was really glad to get back here to the sun and the beach. I went for a walk first thing this morning and I so grateful for the insight and blessings that the Lord has for us.
I will be around for the rest of the day.... I am taking a personal scrapping afternoon, the DS's were invited to be in the shooting of some new commercials at the Park where DH is working. SO my guys are all gone for the rest of the day..... YAH!!! I am unpacking and scrapping or maybe scrapping and unpacking..... (hehehehehe :mrgreen which ever comes first.

I reached my MAY Goal of 25 pages with only $12.00 spent.
AND now that I have all of my supplies under the same roof as I am and with lots of time on my hands, I would like to set my June goals back up to 50 pages.
SO BRING on the challenges...... I am running out of ideas!

Glad to hear things are on the way to getting back to normal. I am glad to hear that you are accepting and actually enjoying your new home. It is surprising how quickly a new place can become "home". If you want some good challenges for inspriation, check out the VSBN. The ladies did a great job. Glad you are able to scrap again and hope all is well with your dh.
