i did this.... did you know that FlyLady has a whole section for FLY KIDS? It is awesome. It works great for my Asperger's DS. It makes me not the bad guy!
nothing going on here, except my declared Jammie Day tomorrow, no place to go, woohoo, man having kids is as exhausting as a person wants to make it, but it sure is worth it Today it's swim and dance, then a stress free afternoon, and will get out the bread dough so we can make pizzas for dinner tonight Which reminds me, I better go do that now!!!
I am envious of your jammie day!!!! Enjoy!

Well, Em has dance class tonight but no rehearsal so only 1.5hrs tonight, tomorrow she has 2 dance classes and rehearsal so 6hrs. I've got to get my stuff ready for my retreat next weekend. My youngest dd is going with me so we need to go thru photos and see what I need to have printed for her. I guess I need to do some cleaning too.
lol.... hehehe.... Welcome!!!! We would love to have you join us, but I can only see one flaw with your request, constructive criticism may or may not be included. We tend to encourage and enlighten instead. So if you can live with that... please feel free to join us at your own pace, your own risk and most of all, your own passion for scrapbooking. We have a great time here, we have a tendency to complain more about our daily lives than we do about how awful looking our current layout are looking. So with that being said... come hang out with us and we will make sure you have an awesome book for your coffee table and then some...
Anavon, thanks for the chuckle, but you are spot on

I'll have to look for that when I get home, she just doesn'gt care or something, but I know she enjoys her room more when she can move in it, just takes up so much of my time to get it done

wow, I'm late this month checking in. I am so far behind in my goals, but I'm going to try once again for 10 pages this month. I have only been home for 9 days since January 11th.
But I'm still going to try for 10 (then need to look at how many I need for "catch up")

My first page for March. Made for Patti's doodle challenge and the Theme Park challenge (SIC93). Just having a little fun with a couple of digi collections I've been wanting to use:
I was just catching up on all the posts this month. I still have to check out the March gallery and leave a little love. I had better get started before the gallary starts filling like it has been this year, then I get overwhelmed with trying to comment.
It is nice to see new faces and with the galllery each month, not to mention all of the challenge threads for scrapping, I am sure you can find inspiration to keep those layouts coming.
I don't know why I have not felt that I have gotten as much accomplished the last 5 weeks. The time just gets away from me........and I do not have kids at home. I take that back, he come in every morning for breakfast, and most days for lunch, I pick up the gkids at the bus stop and they all go home by 4-5 pm. But then I do not fix breakfast or lunch just pay for the food the kids eat. Can't imagine how families make it with both parents working and no family that is availible for the little ones.
Time to catch up in the gallery.

Sorry... in reading back through some of the posts, I realized I never responded to you and I am very sorry. I had four people you came to my first "Make & Take" class and we had lots of fun. Our "One Sheet Wonders" turned out very well and you can see all the details on my blog. (just click the red link in my siggy). We ended up with 15 items from our 1 (12x12) stamped sheet of cardstock, plus the 2 solid sheets.

That is awesome! Would you mind sharing the patterns or dimensions with us? I can see that being a big help in my quest to use some of my stash.

..... OH YEAH!!!!!
I love Flying... I am so much more happier with myself, maybe not so much more organized, but totally completing one list a week keeps the blues away. I look back and feel like I have accomplished something for the week.

Wow, I'm all worn out just reading your list, Anavon! lol
hehehe..... nah!! It doesn't take me very long, It's FLyLady Science... and I have it all down to the science, ( I only spend 5 to 7 mins on each item) unless I get side tracked that is...;)
Hey Patter! It's so cool to see you in the scrapbook goals thread!
Wavin' at ya Jennipher!!! I am swamped but trying to get pages done here and there. And I have GOT to get to the gallery to comment. Hopefully later this weekend! Here is a page I just posted:
...as I take a break from writing our to-do lists for the day....
I tried to upload my newest digi pages but the files are too big. not sure if that's becuase they are 12x12 or becuase I uploaded them at 90%... but I got two done for March so far and they're on my blog...? Maybe I'll try again after we get some chores done. Happy Saturday!

Anavon, you are back to inspiring all of us to get our "To Do" list written and completed! Thanks for sharing!
I've been a little lazy this morning so I guess now it's time to "kick it in" and get going. I have lots to do today including packing as I'm going to be gone this week ...

Yeah the patterns with the sizes are shown on my blog, but I will see if I can get a better picture of the Templates for you. I will post and update later when DH gets home with the better camera.

You know... I learned a couple of years ago that it doesn't really matter if you get clear through your list of not, no one else is keeping score. In the beginning of Flylady, I use to overwhelm myself with big long lists and would side swipe myself with the thoughts of failing because I didn't or couldn't get clear through my list like everyone else. Then I decided that I needed to be like the kids I worked with at school, who needed a modified program, then it hit me why Flaylady starts with one item at a time to build the habit. Now.... my big long lists really don't even faze me, because I know that if I only get one thing on my list done, THEN AT LEAST I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE FOR THE DAY!
SO make a list... even if it is to (like FlyLady says) "SHINE YOUR SINK!"
I was inspired to check out the Fly Lady site. I might just have to look into it more thoroughly. I had heard some of the gals on here talk about it a year or so ago, but hadn't heard any more until now. It is something I could use! Thanks for bringint it up, Anavon!
Wendy it's very overwhelming, but definitely helpful, I am still not fully into the swing of things, but it's a good motivator to get things done when I can and make it happen!!
PS ... Hubby's dad is coming to town tomorrow to help finish up the room downstairs, I should have my craft room/office by next weekend, it will probably take me a few week to move in completely but oh so worth it!!!!!!

That's awesome news! It's such fun to have space designated just for stamping/scrapping. Mine is my office plus stamp/scrap room. My room is a mess right now as DH is just finishing the plaster for the whole wall closet and he painted all of the walls but 1 -- I have to empty the bookshelf so it can be moved and he can finish painting. It's Lavendar

I had to learn the same thing, good reminder. ;) I've already got more done today than I planned so I'm happily working my way through the list process.
LOL! My kitchen is done so I guess that's a good thing...now to figure out dinner ....

mine is yellow with dark "wood" floors, I wanted something bright, since in the basement, and the two windows are northern exposure, it looks good together, he just needs to finish some insulating along the top and the baseboards and install the door, then we get to move it all in, will be snug with all of our inventory plus my craft stuff but will be pretty, I was supposed to get the bigger room 14x18, but opted for the 10x16 one because of the windows, so the girls will have the other room as their playroom, then will sell as a media room since no windows in it

I too need to get back to my Fly Lady Routine. I took a look around my house today as if I were walking in the front door for the first time (which is a Fly Lady routine). I didn't like what I saw. I can't believe how untidy it can get in such a short time. So maybe I'll just go right now and declutter for 5 minutes.

Hi Ladies! Just getting a chance to check in today. I've been a total couch potato today. I'm gonna force myself to make something tonight. I don't know if it will be a page or a card but, I've gotten into a creative slump and I have to get out of it.
For fun news today, I got cool goodies in the mail. Two new carts for my bug...From the Nest and Mother's Day Bouquet:-P.
Hey ladies! Rainy day here in VA...had traveled to Richmond and just got back a little earlier than planned, we had planned to stop at some wineries on the way home but we only stopped at one because we then got downpours...Oh well, home now...gonna do some laundry and hopefully get some creating done this afternoon/evening.
