Glad you're feeling better & had a good day, Pia! Sounds like you have a busy week ahead.
I had a wonderful day. We got home late this afternoon so I didn't get to scrap but tomorrow's another day. Hope everyone else had a great Mother's Day too!!
Happy Mother's Day to each of you! I had a nice day.. We drove the two hours to see my parents and my FIL, who spent the time looking at photos of and reminiscing about his wife. (our parents live about 15 mins apart)
Pia, I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. Being sick on a special day is such a bummer. But it sounds like you have a fun week coming up.
Hooray Sharon for getting all the challenges done! I have four left to do, but I borrowed some stamps from my mom yesterday to try to work on more of those long-printed photos, ha. Altho I do need to make some cards too....
Lou Ann, I'm glad you got to have a craft day with friends. That sounds nice. And I'm glad you had a nice Mother's Day!
Looking forward to more pages this week!

2024 Scrapping Goals: May: 32/20; April:11; 2024: 78/125
I’m hoping to have time for the challenges on Friday, my day off. Saturday my bff is coming over for the paper wizard shop and show live. We ordered the box awhile ago. It doesn’t start til 11am for us. We will do a few of the classes together.

I had a fantastically productive day, except, my photo editing software is ancient and no longer compatible with my new laptop, so I dabbled in Photoshop Elements today, which was no kind of easy....
and then I got a nine page event scrapped (and complained about, haha!) which I shared on my blog today, because somehow Photoshop Elements made it too big of a file to add here. https://tanyastampsnthings.blogspot....lotta-zoo.html

Great pages Tanya, you have been getting so much done. I checked the pages on your blog. You know I love picture heavy layouts, yours are great. The stamped animals are cute. I have let myself throw out pictures. I haven’t made the bold move of throwing them all out yet. When I first started scrapping I kept the duplicates in albums too. I don’t think I need all the prints.

Finished up 3 layouts today & 1 was for the National SB Day Challenge #7. I only photographed the Nags Head layout with the flip flaps closed so there are more photos inside.
Every day I think I will have craft time, nope not yet. I am doing the shop and show live by paper wizard tomorrow. My bff is coming over too. I’m taking my mother out Sunday so I might not have craft time. Oh well. I am impressed the pages you have all been making.

I completed the National Scrapbook Day Challenge #2 using stickers, ribbon, staples & I made tags. Lots of fun but I couldn't measure today...LOL! I made pockets for the event programs using bright music DSP. I almost gave up & was afraid it was going to be too plain but in the end I liked how it turned out. Going to try to do one more today since it doesn't look like it's going to stop raining!
I finished 2 more pages for the VNSB. I did challenge #6 & this is Cheryl's sketch I used. I did add one more embellishment because it was the only one left in the package...LOL! Hmmmm...which one should I do next???
I took a stack of stuff to the lake for the weekend and finally scrapped with VSBN as inspiration.
Got 9 pages finished with 7 VSBN uploaded. It has been a long drought!
I scrapped today! I think I did 3 layouts. I was on my 4th but my selphy wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. My kids were having issues too, but my work computer was fine and so we couldn’t reset til after 5. I will check it Thursday. I had two pictures I needed but wanted to add more. I usually get prints, but thr selphy is great when I’m in a rush.

I use only my Selphy and just print what I want when I want it!
So spoiled, now.
Mine is older, too. Over 6 years old. I mostly print 4x6, but I have the app on my iPad and can print different sizes , as long as over all it is 4x6. So,I can do 2 2x3s or even smaller as long as it overall can print out 4x6.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll need to research a little more. I don't have any Apple products.
When I got up this morning it was raining so I decided I could do a quick layout for VSBN #8. If it hadn't taken me so long to pick out the paper, I think I could have done it in an hour!!! Anyway 2 hours for a layout is a record for me!!
I had the music ribbon for a long time & decided this was the perfect time to use it. I figured I'd put black glitter letters on a kraft tag but when I found the glitter music notes I thought that was better yet plus my black glitter letters weren't quite black.
The only thing I'm disappointed with is after I posted the photo, I see the DSP with the writing appears to be black when it is really Cherry Cobbler. Must be the dark dreary day.
Happy rainy Saturday!
I finished VSBN!! (and I got around the technical difficulties, lol!) Thank you for the challenges- they were fun!
#2: Bike Rodeo
#8: Park Discovery
Two more layouts done yesterday. The right page of Take Me Away 1 is for VSBN Challenge #5. The journaling ended up being more like a book so it's going between the pages.
Probably my last layout for the month & finishes up the challenges for VSBN! Everything is from my stash & I used up paper that's been there for many years!
We had visitors for the weekend so on Saturday night we crafted & on Sunday night we went to see a huge Christmas light display at a near by golf course. It took us over 2 hours to get to the gate before we got into see the drive-through display. Lots of fun & it was spectacular! So I decided to co-ordinate the pages.
