I know one of the main reasons I keep coming back here just about everyday, is the inspiration and support from this group. Life is a busy place, it is easy to fall out of the habit of taking time for something just you enjoys doing.
Sometimes it's hard to take a few moments to let all the ladies here know how vital your support has been and how much we all like hearing kind things said about our creative work. All the hard work that goes into each and every challenge is much appreciated!! Those challenges have been one of my major starting points for many a layout.
I'll be watching for more of your creative works Tam....
Diane posted Task #2 for the November Progressive Challenge!! She's the exclusive hostess for this month for the first time and challenge is really shaping up!
The progressive challenges are way fun and you only have to do a few steps a week to wind up with a complete page by the end of the month! It's open to all scrappers--digi, traditional or hybrid! Come and join us!
I finished my scraplift from Lela's gallery for the November Scraplift Challenge--I had so many of her pages in my favorites, so I had to narrow it down. Here's my dps:

Posting from my phone. I was just thinking I miss actual scrapbooking. Sadly its the end of the year and I don't have pages to show for this year. I am coming back because I miss all the inspiration and support from everyone here. I will only finish a fww this month but looking ahead 2014 will be back on track. I am doing a December daily and then I will focus on catching up. Yay!
It'll be good to see you back here Tam. I love looking at your creations and you've managed to do a lot more than me this year!
I just copied down all the challenges from the recent VSBN. What a bunch of cool, clever ideas! I'm really excited to play with these challenges and hope I can get some done within the deadlines!

2024 Scrapping Goals: May: 32/20; April:11; 2024: 78/125
I'm having a Thirty One Gift party tonight so getting house and food in order. No scrapping today; hopefully tomorrow since I have some mojo :-). Here are some that I did this week:
and my Scraplift Challenge of Wendy's Olympic Museum, it's also for the VSBN Music Challenge (can't see the title too much because it's the same color as the paper ~ it's glittery so no problem IRL)
I am checking in for the month. It's always great to see the pages you all create month after month. I am on vacation so I may get to join in finally. I want to check out the stash busters challenge because I could definitely take any help in getting some of my stash used up. I know its late in the month but I think I can squeeze in 6 pages by the end of the month.
I'm not getting much work done this month and there are so many challenges that I would love to do!! Just no gumption to work in my studio...... here is task #2, at least I was able to complete that much.

Go Lanita! It's good to see you. I've got at least tonight and tomorrow to work on things while the "boys" are on a scout outing. Me and Rufus are hanging out (actually he's sleeping) while I surf the net in peace and quiet for once
I finished up two more layouts over the last couple days, which means I've already hit my November goal of 20 pages, yay! Now just 20 more to meet my annual goal, which is pretty exciting for me since I didn't get above 30 until, like, September Here's my two latest layouts:

Christmas Eve 2012 (this one needs one 5x7 printed out, but I've already ordered it so I'm counting this one as done now!)
Way to go Christy! I'm jealous of all of you that have time to scrap and reach your goals. I figured one a week wouldn't be too bad but this year just hasn't worked out very well for anything creative for me with our new business venture. I've ended up having to do a LOT more than what I signed on for last year
Are you still living in England or have you moved someplace new?
Yay!!!! I finally finished an entire page thanks to papertrail's (Cori) gallery.
I watched the Navy/South Alabama football game this afternoon while scrapping to see if I could see my "boys" at the game and I'm glad Navy won since I'm sure that made it super exciting for DGS's first real football game! Took me a while to figure out how to do some of the things that I needed to do though
Great pages Terry!
Here is one I just finished. VSBN1113E for my degree in 20th Century History.
I think I have 5 degrees now! And I reached my goal for November! Yea!

We are in England until next July, when we'll move to Alabama for a year. So I've got until July to cram in all the traveling we haven't gotten to yet ;)
I made my original 100-page goal figuring that was about one layout per week, and then in February or March a friend of mine announced she was pregnant with twins, so I was back to doing baby books until like June. I've had SO MUCH FUN the past few months actually working on our own personal scrapbooks!!
Wow, our SBCNov13 Gallery is once again full of some great pages. I always love the creativity I find. No scrappin' again for me this week, I'm in Memphis for meetings. Hoping these reports of Tornado Warnings calm here soon. I did send a box of Christmas Card crafty stuff to work on so I think I'll have time tonight for that but the next 3 nights are dinners so it's tonight At least I'll be closer to those being done
I am planning a "Personal Scrap Marathon" Thanksgiving and Black Friday. I'm an online shopper so no crazy crowds for me and the only way I'm going to make my goal is to get busy, LOL

I will have to come back and get caught up on commenting for the month......... I'm getting so far behind and the days seem to go faster now that it gets dark and hour earlier.
Cheryl, there seems to be a lot of that going around. Hope you feel better soon. I have been taking care of my sick grand son during the day then keeping his sister here at night so she doesn't get sick. Don't know what I will do if I get sick!!
