I'm so excited to be able to help Taylor kick off this wonderful Holiday Challenge Extravaganza. I hope you all have a great time creating and sharing. Happy holidays.
I'm starting you off with an inspiration challenge. I was doing a little online shopping for my little ten month old and came across the most adorable snowflake bodysuit at Old Navy. I didn't buy it but I did create a card inspired by it:-)
Feel free to use either colorways as your inspiration or both if you feel adventurous. Be sure to include the keyword HCE01 in your upload to the gallery.
Here you are V. Too tired, not happy with it but maybe it will look better in the morning! Cool challenge, thanks. It's been too long since I made a card.Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Just got back from running some errands and popped on the gallery first thing. Love what everyone is doing. Thanks so much for helping make Taylor's challenges a success.

I loved this challenge V. It was my first time participating in a challenge!
Who would have thunk that snowflakes would look good in brown? Well actually, my snowflakes are copper, creamy caramel, and chocolate chip. Background is clear embossed on sahara sand.
My little granddaughter was just 2 1/2 and sitting in her high chair. I was sitting next to her at the table looking through a Christmas magazine and finishing my morning coffee, when Rebekah spoke up and said, "Nose man."
I'm thinking, "What is this?" and the realize there is a snowman in the magazine. She repeats a few times... "Nose man. Nose man." So I had to call my daughter out of the kitchen to tell her what the baby was saying.
DD says, "You think that's funny? Rebekah... what is this?"... pointing to the snowflakes on her own sweater.
You guessed it.. each time DD points to another snowflake, little Rebekah says, "Nose flake. Nose flake. Nose flake."
Quilled Snowflake
I made this yesterday, but was too tired to find the thread to link it two. 3 batches of fudge to get one good enough to give as gifts - my arms are sore from all that beating.
Finally got my challenge card posted. I had a great time making it. And despite the kind of long description of it, it was easier to make than it sounds.
