I don't have that particular one, but I'm wondering if you might have some warping on your cutting pads or spacer. Does it do the same thing with other folders or if you flip the folder the opposite way?
No, I just embossed with the divine swirls one and it was fine...darn it. I bought this one a long time ago, but I am just now using it, so I dont know if I can return it.

I would think that ProvoCraft would do something for you if you called or sent an email. I have found them to be pretty customer friendly.
Sounds like you have a defective folder. Call Provocraft and tell them about it and they will no doubt send you a new one, though it may take a bit of time for them to respond. You can find the phone # on their website.
Good luck with this!
Provo has really great customer service. I had a package of 4 small die cuts. I'd taken them out of the wrapper, don't remember which store I purchased them from. Well when I was organizing them I realized I had 2 of one shape and was missing one. I called them a couple days ago & explained the situation & they said they would mail me the missing one.
This is kind of off the subject, but try the snowflakes folder on vellum. It looks great!

I tried this but it actually cut through the vellum. I even tried Paper Glide on the vellum but it didn't turn out. :( But, it could have been that my vellum was thicker or something.
