Default How to adhere something to back of clear button?

Hi!

I have looked but can't find how to adhere something ~ a background of a paper ~ to the back of a clear button so that the background shows through without looking "glue-ish"?

Thanks in advance for any responses!!!

does the style lend itself to sewing it on w/ a single loop of thread.

I don't know what a micro glue dot would look like it was glue-ish or not. I use a lot of micro dots.

Either of these would work. I've used Crystal Effects to glue paper to the back of flat clear marbles and it works perfectly.

I've used Tombow Mono Multi. Just smear some on the paper,
stick it to the button, press firmly, to get out all of the bubbles.

I have used Paper Glaze to put paper on.
I have stamped them with craft or chalk ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.
I have stamped on the back of the and sealed with Paper Glaze.

You can run the item that you're sticking onto the back of the clear button through the Xyron. I use it that way all of the time with no problems at all.

I just did this for the first time, yesterday. A thin layer of crystal effects on the entire piece of paper that you are attaching. Works great! If you only do a dab in the middle, it will show. If you do a very thin coat across the paper, it does not show!
