hi, I am looking for a versatile floral stamp. I would like one that can be used for different occasions. What is your favourite go to?
I have a few stamps i.e. Lovely as a Tree that can be used in many ways for a number of occasions. There are many florals but just curious if there is one that fits this request. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I have SU Bithday Blooms which I have used a lot many ways and many occasions, but looking for another.
Oh I have many florals, don't know if there is one I reach to all the time but if you are looking for a place that has many florals the first thing that came to mind for me was power poppy, she loves flowers and has many stamps that are florals of all kinds and if you have a printer she also offers them in digi stamps that you can download to your computer and print out any size you want.
Petals from Scratch is an inexpensive, lovely, versatile stamp set that I need to use more. It looks like hand-drawn outlines and lends itself well to coloring or watercoloring. Its very good for masking in order to make a large bouquet or spray. The style of the flowers can go many directions, because theyre quite simple. http://http://www2.fiskars.com/var/f...amps-4-x-8.jpg

Penny Black's The Unfolding might be my all time favorite flower stamp though. Can be used so many ways ... this is my most recent card with that stamp.
I too love Penny Black floral stamps...favorite is Poppy Gems, Tulip Queue, Pure Iris & Daffodil Dance. Altenew stamps I reach for over and over again are; Botanical Garden, Peony Bouquet

Oh I remember her when she worked under another name. I have a stamp set of berries she designed which is wonderful especially with its shading.it was so nice to color.
I will certainly check her out, thanks for the reminder.
Thank you everyone. I do like the look of Altenew, and do have some of their stamps but not florals.while I love the look of layered flowers and the finished card which I have done, I will look for ones that can be colored with different mediums. I do find coloring relaxing.
I also have and really like Penny Black but have not checked out their florals.
I will take another look at all your suggestions.
As an aside I usually look for stamps that I can use in many ways and recently bought SU Lilypad Lake which I can’t stop experimenting with. I don’t know how many variations of using the Heron I have made. I must move on to the boats which will be good for masculine cards. Cutting out the Heron and weeds in black make such a nice sympathy card on peach colored paper especially if the paper has an ombr effect which saves coloring background.
Florals--where do I start?! I like funky florals, cute florals, realistic florals… One stamp set that I reach for over and over again is Hello Lovely by Concord and 9th. The spray bouquet eliminates the need to mask, you can stamp the whole image or just a part of it, and I have colored it with colored pencils, watercolors, markers and it looks beautiful every time. Simon Says Stamp also has a similar spray bouquet that was in a very popular stamp kit a few months ago that you might want check out too if you like realistic/botanical flowers. https://concordand9th.com/products/hello-lovely
The Ton has gorgeous florals, especially Peony Notes, which is super versatile. I also love Altenew’s Beautiful Day because of the gorgeous results and it’s very easy to line up the layers.
Besides Michaels ( which never carries newer stamps) I am fortunate to have two local scrapbook stores that do carry a lot of the stamps named but not both. They have different suppliers even tho they are both located in the city.
I have been fortunate to live 5 minutes from Scrapbooks.com during the past years we spend several months in Arizona.
However we are re-thinking where to spend our winters so I will miss that.
Another vote for Fabulous Florets. I have used these for so many different techniques and all have come out great. They are my "go to" florals, so much so, that I have to make an active decision to try something else.

Reason: spelling error, of course
My first thought when reading your post was no way without actually recalling what it even looked like. With all of the beautiful floral stamps out there, here we go again SU in the running? I looked it up for the sake of curiosity, and to my surprise the versatility of SU Fabulous Florets is amazing! Plus I actually have it, can you believe it? Lesson learned here, dont poo poo something until you have done the research and have all the facts!!! Thanks for steering me to a gem that has been collecting dust on a shelf
