Spellbinders Match

I was surfing earlier this week and ran across a great stamp set. I thought I knew which store had it, but I can't find it again. It was a set of sentiments that matches the Spellbinders ribbon banners (link below).

Does anyone know who makes this stamp set, or where I might have seen it?
