Default SU Sizzix Northern Frost HELP

My Northern Frost sizzix die seems to be cutting just fine but the die cut stays stuck to the die. The outer edge comes off but the snowflake just sticks. Does anyone have a solution for my problem? Thanks!

I don't have this specific die, but I do have some of the Spellbinders pendants and they stick. Someone on here suggested using waxed paper between the paper and the die, or rubbing waxed paper over the paper you are going to cut, to help the paper release. I use a ceramics tool with a point at one end to poke through the open holes of the die to push the paper away from the die. I haven't seen the one you are working with, so maybe the "poking" won't help. But, others seem to use the waxed paper quite a bit.

HTH,

I've had luck with putting printer paper on the die first, then the card stock. The printer paper might stick, but then the cardstock peels off.

Good luck!

I am having the same issue! I will try both methods to see if they work. Very frustrating when teaching a class and at first the die worked great and now it isn't working!
Thank you!
