I have a dispenser that needs a refill, but the refill I have does not seem to fit in the dispenser. One of these is probably very old (garage sale?); so can you tell me if the dispenser model was changed some years ago and is not compatible with new refills (and vice versa)?

Does the refill say Tombow on it? Doesn't look like any I have seen in the last 20 years or so.......good luck.......someone here will figure it out.

I figured someone had been using the stuff long enough to know if the model had totally changed. I will just chuck the refills because I don't want to force them in and break the dispenser too.

The dispenser in the picture on the packaging for the refill loops like the old dispenser I had at work back in 2000 or so. Those dispensers were differenot than what they have now -bulkier in general and thicker.

The refills don't look like they'll fit your dispenser but I'd just use up those refills without the dispenser. But that's my economical side speaking. It's probably a bit fussy to do that (which, of course, is why they have the dispensers in the first place) but I couldn't bring myself to throw away the money.

I had a bad lot of ATG tape and am using that up without using the dispenser for it. Eventually it will be gone.
