Hi, everyone, Linda here this week and we are going to be using a tool that makes water coloring easier by keeping areas white. Here is the video-
You will find some nice tips from Emma Jane Le febvre. We would like to see you create any image you like but use masking fluid. If you don't have any use some type of masking on your card. We would like to hear what you like about it and if you have any tips for us. One thing I did before applying the fluid ran my brush on a bar of soap. It is easier to clean the brush.
When you are finished, please come here and link the creation. This way we don't miss anyone's card. Uploading: Remember, the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with an area after each comma. Keyword WCW198

AWESOME challenge, Linda!!! I have a new masking fluid arriving today with a Let's Make Art watercolor supply order, as I've been anxious to figure it out... perfect timing! (Now, if only I can find time to craft....)
Thank you for the great challenge and to the team for the wonderful samples!

Luckily, I had masking fluid that I bought for a WC challenge several years ago . . . I never think to actually USE it . . . . So this was an experiment that went a little right and a little wrong and ended up being something I totally like!
I went very left of field with my image and I found I actually prefer the liquid and a fine brush but you do have to be patient. I read somewhere you need to wash the fluid off after 3 minutes working. I also read soaking in alcohol helps if the brush is a bit sticky.
