OK, here are the instructions for the 3D Accordian Fold Card...
Insert:
Cut insert cardstock to 11x3 3/4 inches.
Score at 2 3/4, 5 1/2 and 8 1/4 inches.
Cut 1/4 cuts from top and bottom of insert at 1 3/8, 4 1/8, 6 7/8 and 9 5/8 inches.
Outer Frame:
Cut section one of outer frame cardstock to 9 1/2x5 3/4 inches.
Score at 6 5/8 and 9 3/8 inches.
Cut inside of section one outer frame 5 inches from outer edge leaving 1 3/8 inches of cardstock attached at top and bottom making an elongated "C" shape.
From inside of section one outer frame, cut 1/4 inch from inside top and bottom at 5 7/8 and 8 1/8 inches from outer edge.
Cut section two of outer frame cardstock to 9 3/4x5 3/4 inches.
Score at 6 3/8 and 9 5/8 inches.
Cut inside of section two outer frame 5 1/4 inches from outer edge leaving 1 3/8 inches of cardstock attached at top and bottom making an elongated "C" shape.
From inside of section two of outer frame, cut 1/4 inch from inside top and bottom at 5 7/8 and 8 1/8 inches from outer edge.
Assemble:
Match cut ends of section one and section two of the outside frame. Overlap 1/4 and adhere with double sided tape creating the outer frame enclosure. Match 1/4 inch cuts so peak and valley folds on insert and outer frame are opposite of each other and allow the card to fold flat as shown in photo.
Cut two pieces of coordinating cardstock at 5 1/2 x 5 3/4 for front and back cover, attach and decorate all sections as desired.
These directions seem very complicated  but the card is easier than it sounds and is gorgeous when completed. :-D
