This is for Mothermark's weekly teapot challenge. This week she threw a curve and posted a Christmas teapot. See here. Happy Teapot Tuesday #36 by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
I crimped the bkgrd., cut a nesties circle, and cut apart a felt SU flower. Oh I know it doesn't look like holly but remember I am not an artist so I have to deal in illusions. The bead eye looks great irl. but a bit deformed in the picture.

Nanner! Nanner! Threw you a curve ball and you did a really good job of catching it! Like I told the others, I was craving Christmas cookies and fudge and I thought if I made a Christmas card, someone might bring me some at the tea party!
I love how you did your card....the little bead is perfect as an eye, looks fine in the picture! And the background you created is perfect, so woodsey! Thanks again for coming Marilyn, glad you made it.....Next week I will do Halloween! Not!!!

I think that background is great, and I bet the little beady eye is just perfect. Wish I'd thought to make fudge to bring along- but after it took me 3 goes to get my creamy cocoa fudge right last Christmas, DH thought I should give up on that one.

So cute this scalloped framed little cardinal. Sweet as can be. He'll be churping along with his friends at the party, think we can hear ourselves talk...Fine background love the lettering of your sentiment.
P.S. Good thing to get a heads on Christmas cards...
