I made this card for Monday's clean and simple challenge. The challenge for this week was to create a clean & simple birthday card. Well, I'm always in need of birthday cards, so this was a great challenge for me!
I made my own pattern paper for this card. I used the SU stamp set Springtime Stems. I used the small outline flower stamp and I stamped it repeatedly over my white paper. Then I went back, this time using my stamp-a-ma-jig and stamping with pale plum ink, I stamped the solid flower image within the outlined images.
Next, I took the really small solid flower stamp and I stamped repeatedly using certainly celery ink. I added some dots in the center of my flowers with my markers- using perfect plum for the purple flowers and using old olive for the center of the green flowers.
I used my large and small oval punches for my sentiment. I also added some glitter in the center of my flowers, but it's hard to see in the picture.
