I used the cuttlebug for the background. I lightly misted the cs with water first. I used Patty Bennett's watercolor technique on the shells with the shimmer cs. That gal is a genius! I'm hooked on it. I tore vellum and layered it over a piece of torn watercolor cs. Threw in some mesh and a couple of crabs to cover a mistake. I knotted some hemp twine for the top and clear microbeads to the waves and sand.
