I wasn't going to play today, I am behind in bookwork, cleaning, and just about everything else. BUT my addiction got the better of me. So, here are the details......of the card.....
Thanks Stef for another great IC site. Today I chose this one . It reminded me of the brick wall everyone has been trying. I didn't have a ballerina so I substituted a chicken snowman. After all, it is the IC!
Lot's a different things going on, so I'll be brief. From the back forward:
Kraft card, stamped the black ribbon on edges.
Swirly blue part, gessoed white cs and then did the shaving cream technique without reading the instructions. Thankfully it turned out okay. Sponged edges.
On white cs, stamped with versa mark sanded bg, clear ep'd. Sponged with old paper.
On computer typed a bunch of words, then cut into strips, then rectangles. Sponged and popped up each one on the sanded bg I made. Faux stitched the two corners, put red corners with silver pearls on the other two.
This snowman was reduced in size awhile back and just sitting there waiting to be used. Colored with re-inkers, snow white acrylic paint on snow part, then put a coat of soft glittering top coat paint over all. Cut out and added some bling. Glued on top of faux brick wall popping up parts.
Well, now that I fed my addiction, it's back to work I go. I WILL return later to view all your wonderful cards. .....TFL :0)

Super cute and creative, as always, Cathy! Love the swirly blue background and the chopped up words! Darling snowman! Great take on the inspiration piece!
