Little late to be posting a Christmas card but thought if you change the sentiment this would also work as a winter card. The hat and scarf were stamped again, cut out, and popped up. And the hat, scarf, eyes, buttons, and nose are coated with crystal effects.
Used the faux chipboard technique with the Martha Stewart snowflake punch and coated the top snowflake with MS coarse glitter. The coarse glitter is also used as the shaker 'snow' and glued on the edges of the torn paper 'snow mounds'.
As with my other shaker card, I clipped one edge of the foam tape so it'd bend around the circle snugly (like you do in sewing) and rubbed the exposed edge with the embossing buddy so the 'snow' wouldn't stick.

This is so ADORABLE! I love everything about it: the snowman's cute, his accessories are "accessorized" by you in a cute way, the snow mounds are great, the cuttlebugging is perfect....great card!
