This is done with the Joseph's Coat technique. I sponged the color onto the white cs and heat set to make sure it was dry. Then, inked my roller with Versamark and applied over the sponged cs. I applied Clear EP and heat set. Then, rolled over it with black ink on my brayer. I wiped off excess black off the embossed image.
I used black cs circles to fold over the bookmard at the top because I didn't want to fiddle with eyelets at my stamp-a-stack.

This is the prettiest Joseph's Coat I have seen!!!!! I tried it once and it looked so dark I haven't done any more. I think I'll try this with the sponging. You did a great job. Love the bookmark. TFS
