Kim's challenge today was to use coloured inks - or markers - on our stamps. I started out intending to use the 2/3 of a delft tile panel that I made yesterday and got a smudge of ink on. But the blue bird was also on my desk from yesterday, and it took me in a different direction.
A2 base, stamped with French Flair in Barn Door distress ink. I wiped the ink off the three birds and used one of those cut and dry nibs to apply the Broken China ink to them. It's edged with a silver pen. The bird from Carte Postale has Versamark and clear EP for extra strength. I tied a single strand of silver floss round its neck and attached a tag cut with Spellbinders Tags, Hello from Hero Arts. Bird and tag are up on foam.

Don't our cards "evolve" most of the time. Mine do. Yours took you in a wonderful direction. I LIKE that you made the birds blue. I have ALWAYS made them black. Nice change.

This is one of the prettiest bg images......I never think to use it! Thanks for the reminder, Sabrina! Great colors, love the silver cord and tag!
