I have a lot of images that I cut out when I was first learning to use my new Scan N Cut and this lady was one of them. I wanted to do something with her, so I colored her in and then took off from there. The Map BG stamp is new, and I really love it, but of course here it's all but covered up! The sentiment I stamped just for this card, but the flower medallions and the butterfly were just lying around. I always love taking stuff out of my bit-and-pieces bins because it makes me feel like I'm reducing the overall number of bits and pieces I have. An illusion, in fact, since I seem to generate them much faster than I use them. sigh. That's just what comes of the "experimental" approach to card-making (as opposed, I guess, to the "theoretical" one). You end up with a lot of nice stuff you can't use at the moment and can't bear to throw away.
Thanks for looking!

My goodness, Robin, this is fantastic! I love the way you colored that image in the soft pastels and the fabulous background and "bits and pieces" you used! Love that vintage color combination on her. Your fussy cutting is perfect! You do have some of the most awesome stamps! I love it!

I cannot take credit for this fussy cutting! My Scan N Cut did all the work for me!
