I wanted to keep an Asian theme for this card inspired by the Japanese art form of Kintsukuroi for this week's Mix-Ability challenge. The pot is an oldie but a goody, SU's Ancient Asia. I cut it into random pieces and stuck it on some Scor-Tape with fine cracks in between the pieces, and brushed with the gold Pearlex. The floral screen behind was heat embossed after I ran a Versamarker around the debossed pattern. The bamboo is from PTI, cut with the coordinating die, the image highlighted with markers. TFL!

Wonderful card with lots of great texture. I think it was clever to use an Asian theme.

This is so pretty! I love that you put gold on the background piece because it draws everything together and pulls your eye right to the beautiful focal piece. Thanks so much for playing the mix-ability challenge this week!
