I used computer-generated text for the Irish blessing, a few Internet images, fussy-cut stamps, and various embellishments and fibers from my stash of collage goodies to make this card for a special friend of Irish descent.
I used layers of acrylic craft paints (copper, green, gold) on an old cardboard slide mount to give it a metallic finish. I laser-printed the sentiment on regular printer paper, then trimmed it and coated it with baby oil. After the oil dries, the paper has a translucent appearance--"faux vellum," if you are out of the real thing! The gold metal button also got some paint to antique it.
I gave this a "4" for difficulty only because getting all the elements printed, cut, painted, etc. is pretty time consuming; once that is done, the assembly is not hard.
