For Teresa's HYCCT1426 Let's Cheer Challenge. We needed to use black, circle layer, round gem, blue, sentiment. I used Dina's inlaid die cuts idea to nest the circle in the frame rather than layering it on top. I used the Pool Party Marker to stamp the word world, trimmed it, and popped it up on dimensionals. I used my Blendabilities to color three rhinestones which placed over random circles in the DSP. This was a really fun challenge.

The dp paper is perfect for this challenge!!! Such a creative card and that sentiment is so perfect. I can tell I need to branch out on my sentiment stamps.
