This is for Color Challenge 509 - Cherry, Olive and Soft Sky. The dessert option was fussy-cutting. The little trees, the little wreaths were all cut by hand.
I am participating in Ali Edward's "One Little Word" community this year, and my word has been "home." Home in the moment, moving homes, my body is my temple (lost 40 pounds), so so so much has happened with this word in my life this year. This card was home-made with a lot of love
Thanks for looking.
Inspired by a design from another SCSer.... I will update with the link once I find it.
I was inspired to make two cards for this color challenge. The other card was CAS (clean and simple). What is this one .... DAC (dirty and complicated, I guess? ... can't think of another idea in this very tired moment ! ...
Blessings.

Lela, this is a little piece of heART poured out on paper. You have done your one word such justice in your life and creativity this year. Losing 40 lbs and doing some "temple tuning" (as my dear friend Pat refers to it both physically and spiritually is such an accomplishment. Blessings as you continue your journey and settle into you new home. Your "card" is a beautiful depiction of everything you shared and I know your home and heart are lovely places because of your particular attention to detail.
