Saturday Sketch for the layout. SU DSP for the background, then a strip using the SU EF with cloud. The kite layer is ATC sized, and has Gesso over a stencil, then watercolor crayons over that- I used Baja Blue, a lighter Blue and Wasabi. The technique is called Gesstenciled Watercolor from the last issue of the Technique Junkies newsletter. I stamped the kites in SU ink and added white cotton string. I added the little bows for fun. I added the Friend to Friend sentiment and a couple of jewels.

Girl, you had it going on with this one. Great design with that top panel. This is really a great card for today's color challenge. You might want to check it out. Love the kites.
