CC677 - Do the Calypso and play Peekaboo while wearing Emeralds. Calypso Coral, Peekaboo Peach, Emerald Envy
I sprayed water on canvas and then sprayed Dylusions ink on to blend in the water and then dried with heat gun. Then blended Distress Oxides over the canvas. The butterfly is three die cuts from Emerald Envy paper, glued together offset a bit, and rubbed with DecoArt Metallic Lustre wax. The same wax colored the wood letters. The stencil is really dry wall tape with black ink rubbed through it, and then a larger stamp is stamped in Memento. Gems make the butterfly body.
The bg freezer paper was so pretty I included a bit of it in the photo! TFL (and my fingers and nails are all green!)

Kandie, this is outstanding! What a stunning and vibrant use of the colors and I love all the texture. It is well worth the inky fingers! Straight into my faves : )

P.S. I cannot read all of the poem about the tree but I know I love it. I love tree images and sentiments. Is that the Stampendous stamp you mention in your details?

All your inky efforts certainly paid off with this gorgeous card (besides, inky fingers are awesome!). Love all the layers of color and images, the texture and water splatters, and that gorgeous emerald butterfly. Stunning creation!
