This is a bit grungy, but as it's going to a 12-year old boy who has cancer (see the Teapot Tuesday Sunshine Station post with an address for him HERE), that's more or less what I was going for. Like my other city breaks card, I used some less pretty gel prints - one for the sky which made a good spacy background, and two different ones for the city. I added an Eiffel Tower (Joanna Sheen) cut from glitter card - it reminds me of when it lights up every hour. The arrow is actually matt silver card, it looks a bit odd because it was a very overcast rainy day today.
I die-cut the words from Bazzill, wiped them with gesso, embossed with a plaid ef and then sanded. They still lacked a little definition so I backed them with chipboard cut to match, and added some luster rub-ons (Craft-T) and sponged the edges with black ink. With the Star Quality WT in mind, I added a few stars into my sky.
